Erik is an always-positive, thinks-on-his-feet, compensation and sales professional. He's tenacious, dedicated, and a quick learner. In addition he has over two decades of perspective and brings both great breadth and depth of knowledge in the areas of sales and compensation. He helped us develop a change to our sales compensation plan that resulted in significantly better results through simplicity and improving the "line of sight" between our sales professionals and their goals.
